Psychotherapist
590 Solutions Way, Ste 120, Rockledge, FL
In therapy with me, there’s no judgment, no fluff, and no “one-size-fits-all” solutions. We’ll start where you are whether that’s putting out fires in your daily life or addressing deeper wounds that keep pulling you back. I combine Brainspotting, practical tools, and direct conversation to help you manage today’s struggles while healing the past. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence. I also work with therapists, first responders, and others carrying the weight of the world. My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing is messy but possible. Together, we’ll create a space to explore your emotions, uncover patterns, and build strategies that work for you. It’s not about perfection it’s about progress and reclaiming your life on your terms. **If you try to book and there is no availability that works for you please reach out, directly via my website** In our first session together, here's what you can expect The first session is like reading the back summary of a book we touch on a lot of points quickly, giving us both a sense of where to start. It’s a space for you to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. There’s no pressure to dive deep unless you’re ready. This session is all about creating a foundation: I get to know you, you get to know me, and together, we start figuring out the path forward. For some clients, the first session can feel tiring it’s a lot to talk about all at once. For others, it’s energizing a chance to finally put some of what you’re carrying into words. Either way, it’s important to have the time and space to process what comes up. My goal in the first session is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel supported, seen, and understood. We’ll explore what brought you here, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
