Jilian is incredibly approachable and welcoming. I've only had one session, so take my words with a grain of salt, but I have a good feeling already. I was able to talk and talk while she actively listened. She would ask questions when necessary, but I felt I was the one leading the conversation- which in this situation, was perfect. I have my next appointment booked already.
