As a licensed professional counselor, I am passionate about helping others overcome challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives. As a counselor, I work with individuals struggling with substance use, relationships, trauma, boundaries, and major life transitions. I believe in treating people with compassion while also encouraging accountability, honesty, and personal growth. My career is very important to me because I genuinely enjoy helping people recognize their strengths and discover that change is possible. Outside of my career, one of the most important parts of my life is being a mother. My children mean so much to me, and I work hard to balance being present for them while continuing to grow professionally and personally. I have experienced many changes and challenges throughout my own life, and those experiences have taught me resilience, independence, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries. I am learning that taking care of myself is just as important as taking care of the people around me.
