What is your typical process for working with clients?

My sessions are interactive. We will very much work as a team. While I know theory and technique, you know YOU. Together we will take a deep dive into your underlying thoughts, feelings, patterns. We'll help you come to know your self in more complex ways and to accept yourself more fully, even the parts of you that you may not like so much. My general style is very flexible and I will work hard to help us find the most fruitful path forward.
