Inspiring Wellness provides a safe, nurturing environment for those seeking a way to reduce stress through therapy. We have therapists on staff including Clinical Social Workers, EMDR Therapists and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who can help you meet your personal wellness goals. Mindfulness and Stress Reduction are incorporated into all sessions with our clients. Our therapists specialize in Individual and Family Therapy and use psycho-education designed to improve coping skills and interpersonal skills in order to help better manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and mood liability.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

nspiring Wellness provides counseling and mindfulness therapy services to assist with the emotional wellness of children, adolescents, young adults, couples and families. When appropriate, mindfulness and meditation practices are merged with counseling strategies to help assist the client. Mindfulness therapy brings an awareness to the thoughts circulating in our mind and helps us to connect those thoughts to our behaviors, feelings and actions. Our mind and body are connected, in order to heal one we must also tend to and treat the other. Inspiring Wellness values a whole body holistic approach to counseling. Counseling services can help a child and their family through a variety of issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, OCD, self-confidence/esteem issues, anger management, ADHD, communication struggles and much more.
