I have extensive experience in treating patients with anxiety, depression, stress, work-related stress, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have had much success in helping people who want to lose weight and improve their overall well-being. I have years of experience in the area of grief and loss as well as with people who have chronic illnesses. I focus on helping clients develop habits in the form of micro steps.
