My focus is creating a therapeutic environment grounded in dignity, respect, and authentic human connection. I work with adults navigating trauma, self-harm behaviors, grief, relational loss, women’s issues, substance use concerns, and challenges related to military or veteran experiences. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of healing and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves. My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in Cognitive and Existential therapies while tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. My clinical work with underserved and unhoused populations has strengthened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of accessible mental health care. I am also passionate about advocacy, community support, and holistic healing, including therapeutic horsemanship and experiential approaches that encourage growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.
