Each plan is specific to addressing your mental health and setting you on the path toward creating the life you want. My first session with you The first session will be an intake, with the goal of gaining a comprehensive history of your background and your current needs. By the end of the intake, we would have identified goals, barriers, and symptoms that are impacting your life and a clear direction on next steps in treatment.
