Joanna holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Troy University. Her experience includes working with adolescents and adults facing various concerns. She is passionate about facilitating wellness in those with depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, and other diagnoses. Joanna utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to each client's unique needs. Some techniques she employs include cognitive behavioral, reality, and rational emotive behavior therapies.
