I graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a major in Psychology and hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. My post-graduate journey has led me through diverse experiences in inpatient, residential, outpatient, and school settings, ultimately leading me to start my own private practice, Metanoia Methods. Here, I am dedicated to continuing my work in a field I am deeply passionate about, helping individuals navigate their paths to mental wellness.

I integrate varied modalities like mindfulness, CBT, ACT, biofeedback, and psychoanalysis to craft a therapy experience uniquely responsive to your journey, adaptable to your evolving needs and goals.
