I work with individuals and couples, providing a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for clients across the full spectrum of gender identities and sexual orientations. I welcome clients who are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process and committed to making meaningful, positive changes in their relational dynamics.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a bilingual (Mandarin), bicultural Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), drawing balance between different modalities of therapy to provide the most suitable approach to each individual. I identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and am familiar with ENM dynamics. I am also trained to provide a sex-positive and kink friendly environment for my therapeutic work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic approach is grounded in providing a safe, trusting space for clients to show up as their authentic selves by offering trauma-informed and empathetic care. In our sessions, we will explore both your struggles and successes, navigating together how you desire to move through life and relationships.
