I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who attained my Master’s in Social Work from Marywood University. I have over 12 years of experience as a clinician and believe deeply in the value of developing the therapeutic relationship. My experience spans various age groups, from children to geriatric populations. My clinical work includes roles in non-profit and for-profit organizations, public schools, collegiate mental health, intensive adolescent day treatments, and grassroots efforts to empower local communities. I work with adults and teens, helping and supporting them on their journey to mental wellness and healing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to equip you with tools to navigate life’s challenges, achieve personal growth, and embrace positive changes. What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer virtual therapy sessions, so you can be in the comfort of your own home. I'm available weekday evenings. I have over 12 years of experience in the mental health field helping children, teens and adults with life's challenges. I'm licensed in PA and hold an additional certification in trauma treatment holding the status of Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You are welcome to a 15 -minute consultation. During this consultation I aim to understand your unique challenges with anxiety, depression, or trauma. This session allows us to assess your needs and determine if our services align with your goals. Subsequent appointments involve a detailed exploration of your current issues, leading to the development of a personalized treatment plan. My focus is to support you in achieving improved mental and emotional well-being, empowering you to actively engage in your daily life with a sense of fulfillment.
