What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and holistic. I use evidence-based treatments, including EMDR, to help clients process painful experiences, reduce the intensity of anxiety and intrusive thoughts, and create lasting change. I integrate mind-body-spirit practices, to uncover and treat the root cause of struggles, not just your symptoms. I will help you challenge unhelpful patterns and move out of survival mode so you can feel more engaged in your life. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll go at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
