Women, men, parents, siblings, spouses and children all need an outlet for support and someone to walk through the process with us. A non-judgmental ear, an effective listener and guidance can go a long way in this walk we call life. My approach is to be there as a support and to help my clients work through the life stressors and try to understand how the past can play a role in your current situation. Of course, all life's problems will not be solved but being able to talk it through is golden.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I can empathize with the daily obligations of being a woman in this world and want to help you thorough your journey. If you feel inclined to take a chance to talk it through with me, please feel free to schedule an appointment. I also work with children to process their feelings and provide an outlet for them to discuss their concerns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with children, adolescents, adults and families who need to be heard while working on ways to cope and compartmentalize the issues for a healthy resolve. I am an advocate of self-care, self-love and being the best you that you can be. I don't promise to fix everything, I will work with you to go through the process that works for you.
