Thank you for taking this first step towards your well-being. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a PhD in Clinical Psychology; with over 17 years of counseling experience. I specialize in anxiety; depression; and trauma. Other issues I have experience in are; impulse control and mood disorders. My approach is eclectic; as I understand that each person's experiences are unique to them. Some modalities I use are motivational interviewing; cognitive behavioral therapy; art therapy and internal family systems.
