I am a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, Atlanta. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. At times, I will utilize problem-solving skills and motivational interviewing skills to assist you in your journey. My communication style is direct but personable, with a dash of humor.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapy style is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, supportive, and interactive. Seeking therapy can be frightening but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and old habits that are holding you back.
