I'm a retired U.S. Army veteran and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience supporting others. I earned my Master's in Counseling and became a licensed LPC in 2015. My background includes over 26 years of listening to and supporting troops through the challenges of military service. Outside of work, I enjoy animals, music, and the small everyday moments that make life meaningful. I believe animals have a unique ability to help us heal.
