I am a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma, and eating disorders. I practice using Dialectical Behavioral, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Family Systems Therapies to fit the needs of each individual. I value a collaborative and transparent approach with my clients. I strive for our work together to be straightforward, empathetic, and meaningful. I enjoy including my personality and humor in the therapeutic relationship. I obtained my master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Over the last decade, I have gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, including residential treatment, outpatient, and private practice. I have worked with individuals suffering from chronic mental illness, the teen and young adult population, those struggling with addiction and their families, and individuals with eating and co-occurring disorders. I also have years of experience helping clients with self-esteem, trauma, stress management, major life transitions, and relationship issues. My passion for this work includes the honor of witnessing the journey of those who seek to overcome their barriers, identify a different and better way to live, and reach their greater potential. The space we create together is one of acceptance, honesty, and compassion.
