Getting to know Jodi Lovejoy

I'm Jodi Lovejoy, Doctor of Behavioral Health since 2012 and Licensed Psychotherapist/LCSW since 1994. I completed post doctoral work at Mayo Clinic and the United States Air Force, and five primary care clinics. For 8 years beforehand, I worked in palliative care in a region one trauma center. I'm an expert in treating post traumatic stress, caregiver burnout, addiction, and mood disorders. I have significant expertise in adult ADD, neurodivergence, and couples communication. Despite my career travels, I'm a down to earth therapist. I tend to get along with most people- from many cultures. I tend to say exactly what I think (I do not keep you guessing!) I enjoy helping people achieve improvements as quickly as feasible. I'm a parent of two grown children. In my leisure time I enjoy painting, writing, listening to music, and training a new shelter dog named Rosie.
