I have a diverse area of focus that includes trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life adjustments and transitions, and a variety of other mental health concerns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences. I utilize a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy, working collaboratively with each individual to help them achieve their personal goals, strengthen coping skills, and navigate the stresses of everyday life. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for growth, healing, and self-discovery, and that we all have the ability to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
