For over 20 years, I have helped people tackle emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties, specializing in Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Anger Management, and Couples Therapy. My mission is to guide you toward personal growth and emotional resilience in a safe, unbiased setting. My specialty areas cover a wide range of mental health concerns, focusing on helping individuals and couples develop effective coping mechanisms and communication skills. These include Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Couples Therapy, Grief Counseling, ADHD, and Family Dynamics. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. My therapy approach is eclectic—I use various evidence-based techniques tailored to the distinct needs of each client. These might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I passionately believe in the power of change and growth.
