I work with individuals, couple's and families using a strength-based and client-centered approach to therapy while providing a safe and non-judgmental environment. Using cognitive and behavioral modalities, we will explore the process of growth and healing together with a customized plan to address your specific needs and treatment goals. I have extensive experience working with adjustment issues, complex trauma, depression and anxiety. The therapeutic alliance is of utmost importance in the process of healing, and I come from a mindfulness and trauma-informed background.
