Getting to know Joelle Anter

I support teens and adults navigating relationships and interpersonal challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a background and training in trauma informed care, I will support your healing journey with care, compassion, and warmth. My focus is to work on understanding patterns that keep you stuck and help you take a path towards a new way of engaging with your life. My specialty is in clinical work with adolescents, and adults with passion for working with those affected by adverse and traumatic experiences. With my warm and relational approach to therapy, I can help you with working towards a desired change and growth. I utilized CBT, DBT, emotionally focused therapy and trauma informed care in my work. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to hearing from you and if you think we could be a good match, please do not hesitate to reach out.
