You might be wondering if therapy is really worth it—whether it can actually help, and if it’s worth the effort it takes to find the right therapist, commit to sessions, and face difficult thoughts or past experiences. That uncertainty makes sense. Therapy asks for both courage and vulnerability, and it’s okay to feel unsure. In many ways, that uncertainty can be the first step toward meaningful change. My approach starts with understanding you- who you are, what you’re dealing with, and how to best organize what you need. From there, we choose a direction that fits. Depending on your goals and comfort level, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or a more reflective, person-centered approach. The goal is to keep the work both meaningful and useful. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience and a graduate of Temple University. I own and operate a private practice in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, and work with clients across the lifespan, from young children to older adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and related concerns. It’s also important to me to be responsive and get back to you quickly. I understand how much it can take to reach out for therapy, and I don’t take that step lightly!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
