In my experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD and folks wanting to overcome trauma relationships are a key factor in the healing process. My training as a psychodynamic therapist allows me to pull from different methodologies to cater them to each individual's needs. I have utilized play therapy with young children. I have found mindfulness and grounding techniques helpful for stress, trauma and anxiety relief. It can feel scary, overwhelming and even exciting to choose to look for help through therapy. I look forward to getting to know you and coming alongside you in your journey of healing and living a more fulfilling life.
