I am a holistic and integrative trauma therapist specializing in the mind-body connection, emotions, energy, and spirit. My work honors what has happened to you while exploring what is happening within you, helping you reclaim your story and move toward your most authentic self. Together, we’ll restore safety, trust, and connection — within yourself and in your relationships — while cultivating resilience, self-understanding, and the ability to respond to life with clarity and purpose. I use a holistic range of evidence-based and experiential methods, including EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, Narrative Therapy, Equine-Assisted Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Guided Imagery, Expressive Art, Breathwork, and Shamanic & Energy Healing practices. What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real transformation. I integrate relational, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches, addressing both the emotional and physical effects of trauma. My work honors your experiences while exploring the inner patterns that sustain your pain, helping you reclaim your story and move toward your most authentic self. Sessions are a safe space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations without judgment. We will work together to create conscious intentions, process experiences, release stuck energy, and reintegrate new insights into your life. I use a variety of evidence-based and experiential methods — including EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, expressive arts, breathwork, and energy healing — tailored to your unique needs. I value honesty, curiosity, and courage. Healing is a journey, and my role is to guide, support, and empower you as you move from surviving toward truly living.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we begin working together, our first sessions focus on understanding your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. I take a holistic approach, exploring the mind, body, emotions, energy, and spirit to understand how trauma and life experiences have shaped your patterns and wellbeing. Together, we’ll identify the areas of your life where you feel stuck or disconnected and create a personalized plan for healing. Sessions often include talk therapy, somatic techniques, guided imagery, expressive arts, breathwork, or other experiential approaches, depending on your needs and preferences. I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions and physical sensations freely. Over time, we work on processing past trauma, releasing stuck energy, building coping skills, and integrating new insights, helping you move toward resilience, self-understanding, and authentic living. Each session is collaborative — your goals and pace guide the work, while I provide tools, support, and guidance to help you navigate and transform your experiences.
