I'm a relationship therapist with over 7 years of training in interpersonal connection, conflict resolution, and building strong relationships. All sorts of connection and relationships are at the core of everyday life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Bond and Bridge aims to help couples connect on a deeper level. I am certified in Gottman's Method for Couple's Therapy, trained in Couples and Group Counseling, Human Sexuality, and Death and Dying Therapy (Thanatology). The way we learn, love, lose, and grow; is in relationship with one another. If you feel stagnant in your relationship, find yourself in circular patterns, are scared to say the quiet part out loud, or are just searching for ways to love your partner better and more often, shoot me a message. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is about you and your partner. I am well versed to address anxieties, conflicts, and other issues in a multitude of ways. Short-term, long-term, person-centered, systems focused, existential, cognitive and behavioral. I often start addressing immediate concerns and allow the couple to tell their story and move into other modes from there.
