I am a trauma-informed, collaborative, and compassionate therapist with extensive experience working with family issues, adults, and teens ages 13-18. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercy College and a Bachelor's degree from Monroe College. I am committed to assisting families and individuals in breaking cycles of generational dysfunction and learning healthy coping strategies to manage their present struggles.
I have led groups focused on domestic violence, parenting, and women's issues. I am also active in community collaboration, including speaking at community events and organizations.
In treatment, I pay close attention not only to habits, behaviors, and emotions but also to my clients' nutritional and spiritual health. I believe therapy is a joint effort where clients are given the opportunity to tap into their deeper inner wisdom.
