I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with individuals and families who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges - whether that’s anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, career, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward in life. Many people come to counseling feeling discouraged, exhausted, or disconnected from the life they hoped to live. You may know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to begin. My goal is to provide a supportive and practical space where you can begin working through those challenges and rediscover your resilience.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, while also incorporating person-centered and solution-focused methods. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, and I also offer family counseling and group therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a judgement free, safe space for healing. My approach is collaborative - I meet you where you are and we navigate forward together. Even when life feels heavy or uncertain, growth and healing are possible.
