Psychotherapist

Many people come to therapy after spending months—or even years—trying to handle everything on their own. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, disconnected, or frustrated that despite your best efforts, things aren't getting better. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can help you regain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience helping adults navigate complex mental health challenges and life stressors. As a Senior Social Worker with the Department of Veterans Affairs, I have extensive experience working with veterans, healthcare professionals, and individuals facing significant emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems—it should help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop realistic strategies for meaningful change. Together, we'll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges more effectively. I work particularly well with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also have a strong understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by veterans and military families. Meaningful change begins with a willingness to take the first step. If you're ready to gain clarity, build effective coping strategies, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals and values, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
