Welcome to my private practice. I am a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, trauma and ADHD. I like to meet my clients where they are at, collaboratively coming up with goals and objectives for treatment to help them move forward with their lives. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but based on the client’s needs, I will change therapy approaches as needed, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
