We’ll focus on creating an effective plan together to help you work through current crises quickly so you can start seeing real change in your life. Using empirically proven techniques including CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT strategies, my therapy is effective in helping you manage severe diagnoses, explore new possibilities, and make big improvements in your life.
