I am a trauma-informed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in Arizona and a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. I work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and address a wide range of concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life phase issues, addictions, and relationship challenges. My experience includes working with the general population, veterans, active duty members, and first responders. My training and expertise encompass traditional therapeutic modalities, with a specialty in holistic brain health coaching. I have been trained as a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) specialist through the Arizona Governor's Council on Spinal and Head Injuries and am a Certified Brain Health Coach through the Amen Clinics.
My therapy style is approachable and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with empathy and compassion. My approach integrates brain health, holistic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and psychodynamic methods. I empower clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
