What should a new client know about working with you?

My sessions involve understanding your previous experiences with therapy to gauge your comfort level and readiness for change. Knowing your story and how it shapes your current mental health is the next important focus. Lastly, we develop therapy goals through collaboration, taking into consideration your capacity for growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. These methods allow us to explore thought patterns, build coping strategies, and reshape limiting beliefs while making space for new narratives of strength and possibility.
