John Mittner, LPC

Psychotherapist
250 Mt Lebanon Blvd, Ste 320, Pittsburgh, PA
Hi, my name is John Mittner and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with kids, teens, adults, and families for over 15 years. Much of my experience has been spent assisting clients in adjusting to and dealing with issues surrounding ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as relationship issues and life transitions. I often incorporate aspects of creative expression, self-advocacy, and mindfulness in treatment. If you've found yourself here it likely means that you or someone you care about is in need. I would encourage you to follow up on that insight whether it's with me or another therapist who feels right to you. Change and evolution can be scary. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space in which you can explore and work toward meaningful change
