Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress? Feeling unfulfilled in key areas of your life? Perhaps you and your partner are at a communication impasse? If you’re ready to explore these parts of yourself and interrupt patterns that no longer serve you, I can help. Therapy is a collaborative process that allows us to examine areas in your life causing distress and identify ways to adjust your thoughts and behaviors to create positive change. I provide therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself openly and authentically. I work with individuals and couples/partners. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with additional training from The George Washington University and a certificate from Pacific University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My specialty areas include well-defined boundaries, communication, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal fulfillment. As a queer therapist, I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and allies. I utilize mindfulness, evidence-based strategies and collaboration through a direct and grounded approach. For partners, I'm open/poly/kink affirming.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Choosing a new therapist can feel overwhelming, but doesn’t have to. I offer a free 20-minute consultation for prospective clients to answer questions you may have about the process.
