Our commitment to providing behavioral health services to underserved racial and ethnic minority communities first stems from my personal experience as a Black person of African American and Cuban descent who identifies as same-gender loving. I often reflect on my journey to where I am today and the challenges I faced based on my identity.
I hold a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice, Aging, and International Social Welfare from Columbia University, and I completed my undergraduate studies at Long Island University. This educational background enriches my approach to therapy and deepens my understanding of diverse client needs.
