I often incorporate creativity and space for emotional release (catharsis) to support clients through life transitions, grief, anxiety, stress, self-image concerns, and related struggles. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Widener University, and my experience in colleges, hospital systems, and community mental health has prepared me to support children, teens, parents, families, and adults across many stages of life.
