Hi there, I'm John!
I am a doctoral-level licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career difficulties, addiction, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have felt lost and wanted to better understand themselves.
My approach
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines a sense of humor with cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapies. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
