My approach I practice using a trauma-informed, non-judgemental approach which utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based techniques to create individualized plans of care for each client. My goals for you I work one-on-one with clients to identify relevant life issues and coordinate specific, goal-oriented objectives for our work together. These goals are reassessed and modified as needed on an ongoing basis to maintain therapeutic focus.
