I am a doctoral-trained therapist who integrates evidence-based clinical practices in ways that meet your unique needs and challenges. For instance, I utilize your strengths, resources, and culture to explore problems from multiple vantage points. I develop treatment plans that incorporate co-existing issues. Whether you are experiencing family problems, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or another issue, I facilitate conversations where solutions become more accessible and visible. I believe my clients have the capacity and agency to take actions that are right for them. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. These educational experiences have equipped me to work with individuals, couples, children, and families. I am prepared to offer you or your family comprehensive and holistic recommendations. These are times of uncertainty and challenges for many people. Each person, relationship, and family is impacted differently. What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect to be seen, heard and respected. I adopt a non-judgmental stance when looking at problems and predicaments in your life. I adopt a neutral and collaborative stance when working with couples. Once we have established trust, you can expect to be challenged (with your permission).

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
