Psychotherapist
4510 Collins Blvd, Ste 5, Ashtabula, OH
Hello, I'm John. I work with individuals who are experiencing depression and/or anxiety. I believe that there is meaning in your suffering, and while only you can determine what that meaning is, talking with a skilled counselor can expedite your recovery process. For the past twenty years, I have had the privilege of working with adults of all ages as a pastoral counselor and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in West Central Ohio. My goal has always been to help people discover their path to increased satisfaction, contentment, and well-being. I believe that much of our suffering is rooted in old patterns of thinking and feeling that cause us to repeat behaviors until we figure out what we want and how to obtain it. In my practice, I utilize listening, empathy, and a receptive presence as tools to help you discover what is most important to you and what may be blocking the changes that are attempting to emerge in your life. Often, it is when you hear yourself speak your perspective that you gain the insight needed to heal. If you're ready to start this journey towards understanding and healing, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
