My dissertation focused on perceptual psychology theory, which is based on the idea that the way we see ourselves and others impacts our behavior. As a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 15 years, I have helped clients discover how their perceptions have influenced their lives and how this knowledge can help them move in the direction they want to take. My specialties include addiction, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, military and veteran support, spirituality, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote counseling. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we work together to explore your challenges and develop strategies for overcoming them. My goal is to help you find clarity and build resilience, so you can navigate life's ups and downs with confidence.
