I have spent significant time working in substance abuse treatment centers, schools, and treatment centers for youth, couples, and marriages, as well as providing spiritual-based counseling. My specialty is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients grow individually by developing more hope that they can heal and move forward with joy, learning to love themselves and where they are. I use a person-centered approach to help clients believe in themselves and change their negative core beliefs into positive attributes. After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. Once registration is complete, you'll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video.
