In our world today, finding Mental, Physical and Spiritual balance can be challenging. I have worked in Therapy and social work for over 40 years. I have a long history of working with all types of people under extreme duress. I have worked with all age ranges and cultures. I have found the human family to be diverse but yet similiar. Pain, depression, Trauma, love and hate are Universal and they are experienced by all humankind, no matter where you are on Earth. I provide therapy from this perspective and I bring to everyone I encounter a perspective to focus on the strengths of that individual, so that they can achieve Mental, Physical and Spiritual balance. My method and approach is to structure goals with my client to achieve stability and growth from the therapeutic engagement. My personal philosophy is that being a Therapist is my Path in life. And I will continue for as long as I can be of help to someone.
