What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me feels compassionate, thoughtful, and steady. I care deeply about creating a space where you can be honest about what’s really going on beneath the surface — without judgment or pressure. I believe healing happens in safe relationships. Many of my clients have spent years holding everything together for everyone else. In our work, you don’t have to perform, minimize your pain, or have it all figured out. We move at a pace that feels supportive, while still gently stretching toward growth. I listen closely for patterns and themes in your story, and together we begin to understand how past experiences may be shaping present struggles. I will offer reflections, tools, and guidance — but always in collaboration with you. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident in how you move through the world. You can expect warmth, structure, and intention. My hope is that over time, you feel safer inside your own life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide high-level, focused therapy designed to create meaningful change. Our first session is a comprehensive intake where we explore what is bringing you in, your relational history, emotional patterns, and the outcomes you genuinely want. I am thoughtful and thorough. I am not just listening for symptoms. I am identifying patterns. From there, we develop a clear treatment strategy tailored specifically to you. Some clients prefer structured short-term work, often in focused 8-week blocks, where we address specific goals with intention and measurable progress. Others choose longer-term therapy for deeper, ongoing transformation. Both options are available. We determine the right pace together. My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, emotional regulation work, and solution-focused strategies. I am active and engaged in session. You will leave with insight, clarity, and practical tools you can apply immediately. For clients seeking accelerated progress, I also offer private therapy intensives. Intensives allow us to do several hours of focused work in a condensed format, which can be especially helpful for trauma processing, relationship repair, life transitions, or decision-making clarity. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and intentional. I will support you, challenge you when needed, and help you connect the root of what is happening beneath the surface so that change is sustainable — not temporary. My goal is not just symptom relief. It is emotional clarity, relational health, and real forward movement.
