My experience has been with individual and family intervention including adolescents and adults. I help with a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, mood disorders and a history of childhood trauma. I primarily use a strength-based solution focus and cognitive behavior therapy approach. My clinical background is diverse. I have been in private practice for 19 years. I have worked in a group practice, residential treatment center for youths, psychiatric hospital, non-profit organizations and managed care for behavioral health. In addition, I have trained school personnel and counselors in suicide prevention, as well as bullying. I held a variety of management positions including; Director of Counseling, Director of Programs, Clinical Inpatient Manager and an Executive Director.
