You will be met with an empathetic, respectful, and positive approach, balanced with humor and compassion. Jonas often turns to Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), a type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), aiming to adapt his approach to work with each client’s individual needs. Jonas Olczyk graduated from Lewis University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During his time at Lewis, Jonas was a student-athlete and competed with the Lewis Men’s Swim Team and as a graduate student joined its coaching staff. Prior to Lewis University, Jonas swam on the Danish National Swim Team. Born in Denmark, Jonas comes with a unique perspective to life and counseling. In his free time, Jonas enjoys spending time with his dog, cooking, and watching Arsenal play in the premier league.
