My approach is integrative—rooted in non-directive, person-centered psychotherapy and informed by relational, attachment, and contemporary trauma theory. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, allowing therapy to be tailored to your unique needs through deep exploration while staying grounded in the present.

Together, we’ll explore the impact of past wounds, attend closely to what unfolds between us in session, and create new experiences of connection and meaning. My goal is for you to leave therapy not just with insight, but with a felt sense of possibility in how you relate to yourself and others.
