My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Reality Therapy to help clients better understand patterns, develop practical coping skills, and create changes that support their goals. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and strive to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
